Authors who publish their manuscripts in this Journal agree to the following conditions:

  1. The copyright for any article in the Reformasi Hukum Journal (JRH) is fully retained by the author under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY).
  2. The author acknowledges that the Reformasi Hukum Journal (JRH) has the right to the first publication under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY).

LICENSE 

Authors who publish with Reformasi Hukum journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the Reformasi Hukum journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
