Correction and Revocation


Post-publishing article changes as a form of correction of significant errors are possible in the form of:

  1. Erratum, which is correction of writing errors made by the publisher. Erratum is done under the permission of the author in accordance with the provisions of Elsevier.
  2. Corrigendum, which is changes to articles submitted by the author. Corrigendum can be made under the approval and instructions from the editor by referring to the provision of Elsevier.
  3. Retraction, which is the revocation of an article as a whole. Retraction can be done for several reasons, including the unreliability of an article, a violation of plagiarism, multiple publications, and other reasons in accordance with the provision of COPE Publication Ethics.
